Massage is very beneficial for tension or superficial muscle issues, but if you are suffering nerve, spinal or if you need investigation then book to see one of our Dr’s of Chiropractic, who can lead clinical investigation.
Our 45 minute massages may include sports massage, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, cupping, active release, trigger point therapy and more.

MASSAGE
RELIEF
SPORTS/DEEP TISSUE
Our most popular type of massage.
Sports Massage or Deep Tissue Therapy is massage of the deeper tissues and knots (trigger point therapy).
Common issues Massage Therapists help with:
Trigger Points (Muscle Knots)
Tight hamstrings or leg muscles
Repetitive strain issues
CUPPING
Cupping is a complimentary therapy that is used in conjunction with your massage appointment.
Cupping is a therapeutic technique that uses suction to improve circulation and promote healing. During a session, a therapist places cups—typically made of glass, silicone, or bamboo—on the skin. These cups create a vacuum, either through heat or mechanical suction, which gently pulls the skin upward. This process increases blood and lymph flow through the targeted area, relaxes muscles, and helps the body release toxins.

SWEDISH/RELAXATION
Swedish or relaxation massage is a gentle massage stimulating the more superficial tissues with the aim of relaxing your body and your nervous system.
The Swedish routine is designed to help your body let go of stress tension. It uses a combination of long gliding movements, kneading, friction, and tapping to improve circulation, ease muscle tension, and promote relaxation.
It is often recommended for those new to massage, or with sensitive skin or seeking relief from minor aches and tension. By stimulating blood flow and encouraging lymphatic drainage, Swedish massage also supports the body’s natural healing processes.

LYMPHATIC MASSAGE
Lymphatic massage, also known as manual lymphatic drainage, is a gentle therapeutic technique designed to stimulate the flow of lymph fluid throughout the body. This specialized massage uses light, rhythmic strokes and precise movements to encourage the drainage of lymph, which helps remove toxins, reduce swelling, and support the immune system.
This is a generalised drainage, designed to stimulate lymph node activity around the body and the massage strokes move in the same direction as your drainage points.
